Beryllium Tweeter

The Purifi woofers demand the kind of top end response provided by the Satori beryllium tweeter. Transparent like a ribbon, this dome tweeter offers excellent off-axis response. The beryllium cone is self-damping and has a break-up mode well beyond audibility.

Small Stature...Big Performance

This monitor speaker design rivals or exceeds the performance of a floor-standing speaker in terms of bass extension, frequency response and ultra-low distortion. While small in stature, it produces deep bass that defies expectations, with a foot-print that fits almost any situation.

After our success with the BePure 2's and 3's, it was time to tackle a BePure 1 Monitor.

This design features the same 6.5" woofer as used in the BePure 2's. It is the lowest distortion woofer we have ever worked with. At the same time, it plays quite a bit deeper than one would normally expect from a 6.5" woofer. Combined with the incomparable Satori beryllium tweeter, the BePure 1 Monitor drivers represent a combination that will out-perform almost any speaker not using them. Add a pair of 10" side firing passive radiators that eliminate any possibility of port noise and load the room very evenly with deep bass, and you have an unbeatable combination.

At 87 db sesntitivity at 8 ohms, it is an easy load for practically any amp. And with bass extension down to an F3 of 35.08 Hz, it plays incredibly deep and yet the midrange remains pristine.
